These individual disciplines comprise three very distinct processes, and as such work on varying schedules. The project manager works with all three to coordinate the project and ensure that all components are completed in a timely manner and that the separate pieces are smoothly integrated into the final product to meet the requirements of our clients' projects. While providing cohesiveness to the project process, E-Technology�s project manager solicits and organizes client information; inputs, creates, and manages the project schedule and milestones; works as a liaison between the E-Technology team and client team to ensure that the needs of the client and the project are being met. The project manager also provides support and acts as a resource for the client throughout the project.
